Short-link cargo fastening chains with tension mechanism consist from:
1) Tension mechanism (ratchet load binder) with unscrewing protection.. This mechanism is equipped with two shortening hooks for chains and return handle (pulling mechanism) with switching modes on tightening and extension.
1) Lashing chain Grade 80 or G100 class of quality metal. Chains are equipped with hooks, one hook on each end. Length of the chain depends on customer’s wish. Chain can be black or galvanized.
3) Polyurethane protection. Chain and ratching mechanism have big clamping force and are made of metal that is the reason why they can damage any cargo. For damage prevention our company offers polyurethane tubes on the chain. Tubes slide on chain and can be placed easily on cargo or semi-trailer corners before fastening the chain.
