1ExdIAT3 – the creation of flame extinguishing zone is put in the explosion-proof basis. Flame passing through this zone is cooling down. Hoists with explosion-proof execution have: the lifting electric motor with rotor and the built-in brake; the movement electric motor with the built-in disk brake, an electrocase with contactors; the transformer; the relay wit thermal protection; trailer switches; the main contactor and a push-button pult of management. (Ex) – the electric equipment which design prevents possibility of ignition inside the explosive environment. d– explosion-proof execution of electric equipment. All volumes were the electric spark or ignition can occure are executed with safety regulations. Their cover doesn’t collapse under high pressure of gases. The flame from explosion passes through the increased flange gap between details of the case and is cooled down to safe temperature.
